What does this take from the end customers?
Customers will approve the assessment plan as well sharing all the needed information with IsoSkills test specialists (access to the needed platforms and applications, documents, key stakeholders to be interviewed, etc.). During assessment execution, customers will support IsoSkills test specialists by fixing any issue that might arrive, answering queries related to assessed project(s), as well as scheduling the interviews with the key stakeholders.
Customers will review the assessment results and findings, provide comments and agree next steps with IsoSkills.
